I'm working through a new technique of drawing faces hoping to improve on my craft so I'm going to post some from my sketchbook, by the way I'm not pro Newt I'm just working from magazine references:)

Cowboy

I did this sketch for a painting series proposal for a camp in Texas for kids with developmental disabilities.  The camp has a strong western and equestrian influence so I thought the cowboy theme could be a fun portrait series.

Pao Conference NFL

I haven't posted in a long time so I'm gonna post a bunch of catch up stuff from a long time ago. This is from the NFL PAO conference 2011. It was an awesome opportunity and really fun to paint for and meet a bunch of awesome guys. The paintings were done on 4ftx8ft canvases and were painted to match themes that the speakers talked about throughout the conference. The second picture shows all the canvases together which was 16ftx8ft.
